Surf

  • Marshmallow Point is directly across the road: a mellow reef break with lefts and rights, forgiving on most days, clean swell November–April, light winds in the morning. Suits improvers and cruisers.
  • Sticks, 2–3 minutes' walk: faster wall, more push, rewards timing.
  • Animals, just beyond: more power and consequence; reef, bowl and section. Suits intermediate and confident surfers.
  • Within a short moped or tuk-tuk ride: Kabalana (long reeling walls), Kathaluwa (cruisy peelers), Midigama (Rams, Lazy Left, Lazy Right).
  • No transport needed for the home breaks — walk with your board.

Food and drink

  • Local flavours, fresh and simple. Full vegan menu alongside the main menu.
